A content creator from Hillside, New Jersey, creating and storytelling has always been in Isaac Richardson III's life. His father was a musician and mother designed clothes, so it was only natural he became a creative of some kind. At a young age he would slowly turn scribbles into drawings of super-heroes and cartoon characters, taking a liking to the techniques of comic books and animation. Fortunately, he would find encouragement from peers and mentors to pursue these passion, ultimately resulting in him partnering up with his long-time creative collaborator Rishard R. Murphy to creating and sell his first comic book in the 6th grade.
This alumnus from The Kubert School of cartooning and graphic art has always valued substance over style, and has practice this method of bringing quality to everything he draws. At the Kubert school Isaac would continue to build his talents as a storyteller, comic book artist, illustrator, graphic design artist and animator. He first would utilize his skills landing a job as a CAD designer for a company developing paneling for audio/video installation. Through them he would
draft designs for companies such as NBC, Disney, ESPN, numerous broadway productions, theaters and stadium around the world.
During this time he got into music production and filmmaking; as long as he could tell a story, any creative outlet would do. Still collaborating with Mr. Murphy he would go and produce his first short film; "Deadline: The Deadening", a horror of sorts which poked fun at horror tropes, winning a feature on G4TV's Attack of The Show. It was a very crude and low quality production but proved that they were ready to handle storytelling in this new medium. Isaac would also do freelance illustration work for children’s books, special projects like Udon’s Street Fighter Tribute Book and New York Times Bestseller: Olivia Munn’s “Suck It Wonder Woman! The Misadventures of A Hollywood Geek”. Not to mention graphic design work and other freelance gigs once departing the CAD job.Eventually, he found his way to Troma Entertainment in Long Island City, New York editing for content on their YouTube page. All the while continuing to collaborating on short films where he would where many hat as the editor, assistant editor, director, cinematographer, writer, design, composer and whatever else needed to be done on these shoestring budgeted films. All the while honing his skills on documentary style videos and vlogs, where he either would contribute as both the videography, the editor or both.
Creating for over a decade, Isaac's work has mostly consisted on the use of Adobe CC apps like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator. Also, music DAW software such as Pro Tools, Logic X, Cakewalk and more. He has also began adding 3D to his arsenal with Blender and its 2D animation application Grease Pencil. Employing Final Draft and Word for screenwriting and storytelling. But no matter the tools nor medium throughout his journey, Isaac's focus has remained on creating captivating narratives, ideas and projects that capture the imagination.
